PENDEKATAN KEPEMIMPINAN AMONG KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGUATKAN MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MUTU DI SMA NEGERI 1 PENGASIH
Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Kepemimpinan Among dalam memperkuat manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Pengasih. Kepemimpinan Among yang berakar pada pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara menekankan prinsip Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, dan Tut Wuri Handayani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis yang berfokus pada pengalaman kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Among diimplementasikan melalui penguatan manajemen sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kurikulum, serta hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat. Kepala sekolah berperan sebagai teladan, fasilitator, dan pemberi dukungan yang mendorong partisipasi guru dan menciptakan budaya kolaboratif. Kesimpulannya, Kepemimpinan Among efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan profesionalisme guru yang berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi pengembangan kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis nilai lokal.
